The BeautyMark Foundation honors your privacy and in so doing promises not to share information you provide us with anyone and to keep your information with uttermost security. Our mailing list will never be available for rent or sale to be used by anyone other than the BeautyMark Foundation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Only USA orders will be accepted unless authorization is received by phone. Remitted checks must be drawn on a US bank.

Shipping Information
All product will be shipped UPS regular ground for a flat shipping fee of $10.00 inside the United States. For international orders outside the US, we will contact you via email about any additional shipping fee.

Return Policy
Every item is guaranteed to your satisfaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return the product postmarked within thirty days of purchase with product tags affixed to product. Any product worn will not be refunded – product tags must not be removed. The returning party must return all products in the package in which it originally shipped; return package must be return shipped using UPS. The BeautyMark Foundation is not responsible for items shipped and not received. Make your purchases and/or your decision to return product responsibly. A $25 administrative / restocking fee will apply for all returned product regardless of reason for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Privacy Info
Private showing arrangements will be held in the strictest of confidence, will not be disclosed to any party/parties not directed or approved by the purchasing party.

Product Disclosure
All product is compliant under California Proposition 65. Use of any name or term to describe jewelry is strictly coincidental and is not meant to imply endorsement. Any likeness to any other product is not intended. Disclosure will be made in the event that private collection, private estate jewelry purchased or donated, or jewelry donated by any party is made available for resale. The full purchase price of jewelry donated will be allocated to charity. Disclosing names of donating parties will remain at the discretion of the donating party and the BeautyMark Foundation.

Omission
Any omissions made are not intentional. At anytime may the BeautyMark Foundation add or omit statements made. This website is forever changing, the BeautyMark Foundation retains the right to do so without advance notice.

Use of Images
Use of the BeautyMark Foundation name or images found on this website are strictly prohibited by law.
